Pastor Jean-Paul is a Haitian American minister born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Before his conversion to Christ, he was an at-risk youth entangled in gang-related activities. A life-transforming encounter with God at 18 led him to a passionate commitment to Jesus and a burden for the lost, hurting, and outcasts of society.

His spiritual journey started in a Haitian church, where he grew in discipleship, leadership, and ministry. Later, he joined a multicultural outreach ministry (By-Ways & Hedges YFC Ministry) and became ordained as an evangelist by Rev. Pastor Terry M. Lee. With a deep desire to present the gospel in unconventional ways to reach a young generation, Pastor Jean-
Paul founded R.E.A.C.H Ministries. Through this ministry, young men and women were mobilized to preach and evangelize regularly in urban streets and train stations throughout the five boroughs of New York City with the aim of radical evangelism and changing hearts for Christ.

After several years of faithful service as an Evangelist, Pastor Jean-Paul was ordained to pastoral ministry in January 2002 by Rev. Pastor Terry M. Lee. Over his ministry career, he has ministered in maximum-security prisons, hospitals, college campuses, and international conferences and seminars. He has also played a key role
in two church plants and served at the senior level in church ministry.

Pastor Jean-Paul holds an Associate Degree in General Studies, B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. His academic background reflects his commitment to deepening his understanding of the human experience and theological truths to better serve and minister to others.

Pastor Jean-Paul resides in South New Jersey with his beloved wife and children. He is a devoted husband, father, revivalist, pastor, and evangelist at heart, but above all else, he is a worshipper and lover of God.
