Pastor Jeffrey Jean-Paul is a Haitian-American pastor, revivalist, and theological communicator with over three decades of ministry experience. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, his life and calling reflect the transforming power of the gospel and a deep burden to reach those who feel forgotten, broken, or spiritually searching.
Before coming to faith in Christ, Jeffrey was an at-risk youth navigating the pressures of gang-related influences and the harsh realities of urban life. At the age of eighteen, a life-changing encounter with God redirected the course of his life and awakened within him a passionate commitment to Jesus Christ and a lifelong desire to see others experience the same transforming grace.
His early spiritual formation began within the Haitian church community where he was discipled and developed in leadership and ministry. As his calling continued to grow, he joined a multicultural outreach ministry, By-Ways & Hedges Youth for Christ, where he was ordained as an evangelist under the leadership of Rev. Pastor Terry M. Lee.
Driven by a desire to present the gospel in creative and unconventional ways to reach younger generations, Pastor Jean-Paul later founded R.E.A.C.H Ministries. Through this initiative, teams of young men and women were mobilized to preach and evangelize in urban streets, subway stations, and public spaces throughout the five boroughs of New York City. The goal was simple yet powerful: to bring the message of Christ directly to people where they were and to see lives radically transformed.
In January 2002, after years of faithful evangelistic ministry, Pastor Jean-Paul was ordained to pastoral ministry by Rev. Pastor Terry M. Lee. Since then, his ministry has taken him into a wide range of settings including maximum-security prisons, hospitals, college campuses, churches, and international conferences.
Throughout his ministry journey, he has also played a significant role in the planting and development of two churches and has served in senior leadership roles within local congregations.

Pastor Jean-Paul’s ministry today continues to emphasize biblical preaching, revival ministry, leadership development, and Christian apologetics. With a passion for equipping believers intellectually and spiritually, he seeks to help Christians understand their faith more deeply and live it faithfully in an increasingly complex and skeptical world.
Academically, Pastor Jean-Paul holds an Associate Degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, reflecting his commitment to continual growth in both theological understanding and the study of the human experience.
Pastor Jean-Paul resides in South Jersey with his beloved wife and children. While he has served in many roles throughout his life, pastor, revivalist, evangelist, and mentor, his deepest identity remains simple: a worshipper of God and a servant of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
